Hi - I was wondering if it is advisable to transplant new strawberry plants in the fall in Hampton Roads?

Yes - a great time to do transplant strawberries is during the first 2 weeks of September so they have time to become established before winter. Amend the planting bed with Espoma Garden-tone, rock phosphate, and Greensand.
