fringe tree

i live in keswick, va and have a fringe tree planted too close to my home. when is the best time to move it? does it require alot of sun....any other helpful information would be great thank you

The best time to do this would be in the early spring before growth begins (while it is still dormant). Here are some tips for digging and replanting trees:
Fringetrees grow in full sun to part shade. They bloom best with more sun but the foliage looks better if it gets some shade from the hot afternoon sun.
