I need to know how to do a "bridge" graft on a live oak tree which has been girdled? How do I do that? And where do I find the equipment to do this in our area.

Here is a link to a site that describes in detail (with illustrations, too) how to do a bridge graft: http://www.hort.uconn.edu/ipm/homegrnd/htms/28graft.htm. Good luck!
