I live in Bridgewater. I have a fairly large lilac that gets powdery mildew. What would be the best treatment with a fishpond less than 15 feet away. I would prefer something organic, if possible.

I would suggest Bayer Advanced Natria Disease Control. It comes in a ready-to-spray formulation that you just attach to your hose. This is a non-synthetic disease control that is registered for organic gardening and is listed for controlling powdery mildew. Spray according to the label directions.
