Buckled bark area on some canes. What fungicide is good? Should I prune back? Live in Oldwick, NJ.

Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide is best. Spray the bark. If this doesn't work, cut it back next spring and you will get suckers that will develop into new trunks. You can prune out any severely affected stems now.
