too much rain?

Post by mciuro » Thu May 25, 2017 8:05 am

I live at the jersey shore and it has been raining all week. I put out some new plants in containers , geranium, petunias and they are loosing all the green. I heard that the plants are loosing nitrogen? if so what can I do. I replanted them in new soil and put in plantone and kept them in the garage. this has been 3 days now and no color back yet.

Plant-tone is not a quick feeder. I would feed your plants with a liquid fertilizer such as Miracle-Gro to give them a quick boost. Once they get some sunshine, they should green up quickly.
