The attached photo shows a pine tree which was healthy and had new growth one month ago. The current condition started at the base of the tree and moved up. Looking for a cause and cure for our holly bush issue. The limbs and leaves have a black fungus on them with white dots. No movement noted with white dots so I don't believe it is insect related.
